Volunteer Management II (SOC-E23)
Individuals pursuing the volunteer administration credentialing are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and ability to apply skills required for competent volunteer management. This class continues the examination the five core competencies that serve as a foundation for this profession, regardless of the setting or type of organization where volunteers are at work. Topics include risk management, quality improvement, leadership, organizational involvement and advocacy identified by the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA). (Summer 2018)
