Fitness C18-301 Get Fit Boot Camp
Total body workout that incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You'll move around the room to a number of different stations - each designed for a specific exercise. If you like variety, this workout is for you! Modifications can be made for each exercise if needed. (Spring 2019)
